This book shows the basics of mindfulness, what’s happening inside your brain, benefits of mindfulness, different forms of mindfulness practice, gaging your current state of mindfulness, creating your mindful environment, things to be wary of, mindfulness and all-things work and professional, mindfulness exercise applying what you’ve learned. I found many useful things from this book.

I like how everything is well structured and great in this book. You will fell total awakening after reading this book. Some of the advice that was most helpful for me understood how to take things one day at a time, learning how to meditate and knowing when to let go of control.
